Sani has been working on a problem with pigeons nesting in the alleyway access to flats. He came out to assess the problem, has installed spikes and has monitored and adjusted as the pigeons behaviour changes. Great service and professionalism. We had rats inside the walls and ceiling. Our Exterminator checked and filled up with foam all the possible entrances in the whole house, placed several different types of poison inside the ceiling trough the lamp entrance, in the storage room and under the kitchen.
He took his time to ensure that everything is perfect. Then advised us on how to prevent and what to do next and told us to call him after a week. Then he came to check and top up the poison even if we didn't have the problem anymore. No charge. He told us to call him even after several weeks, any time of the day, he will come again. Really nice guy to have around. Definitely worth the money.

My tenant reported ant infestation in the second bedroom (ground floor) after a month of trying to deal with it herself using high street products. By that time the ants had made multiple nest under the carpet and winged ants were everywhere.
We called Sani for help. He clearly explained to us the procedure and what to expect. He dealt with the infestation with bait and spray, and a couple of follow up visits. As the infestation was pretty bad, it took a couple of weeks to completely clear dead ant bodies before things were back to normal.
